Chronicle Reporter Honored for Coverage of Minority Issues

Peter Schmidt, a senior writer at The Chronicle, has received a national award for his coverage of minority issues. Lincoln University, a historically black college in Missouri, confers the Unity Awards in Media annually for coverage of issues affecting members of minority groups and people with disabilities.
