Law Professors Create Group to Arbitrate Disputes Over Domain Names

Five law professors have formed one of the first organizations to arbitrate disputes over Internet domain names entirely online.

The professors, at four universities, will oversee the efforts of 48 arbitrators, who include law professors and private and corporate lawyers, in the commercial venture.
