Learning Technologies Being Used or Considered at Colleges, 2013
Institutions that engaged in distance learning were far more likely to have students at remote locations, with a local instructor, than to have the instructor at a remote location, with students on the campus. The technology that the highest percentage of colleges were considering or planning to adopt was an early-alert system that would identify students who were academically at risk.
