Mark DeFusco,senior research associate at the Rossier School of Education’s Pullias Center for Higher Education at the University of Southern California, has been named chief executive and president of Bay State College.
L. Tiffany Evans,provost and chief academic officer at Elizabethtown Community and Technical College, has been named interim president of Henderson Community College. She will replace Kristin Williams, who is leaving to become chancellor of the Kentucky Community and Technical College System.

Mark DeFusco,senior research associate at the Rossier School of Education’s Pullias Center for Higher Education at the University of Southern California, has been named chief executive and president of Bay State College.
L. Tiffany Evans,provost and chief academic officer at Elizabethtown Community and Technical College, has been named interim president of Henderson Community College. She will replace Kristin Williams, who is leaving to become chancellor of the Kentucky Community and Technical College System.

Marion Fedrick,interim president of Albany State University since January 12, has been named to the position permanently. She was appointed to the interim position when Art Dunning retired.
Larry Ferguson,vice president and acting chancellor for the Kentucky Community and Technical College System, will become president of Ashland Community and Technical College on October 1. He will replace Dennis Michaelis, who has served as interim president since July.
Timothy G. Lynch,provost and senior vice president for academic affairs at City University of New York Queensborough Community College, will become interim president on September 1. He will replace Diane B. Call, who plans to retire.
Resignations
Jay Coogan,president of the Minneapolis College of Art and Design since 2009, plans to step down on September 14.

Barbara L. Christe, chair of healthcare engineering technology and associate professor of engineering technology at the Purdue School of Engineering and Technology at Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis, will become dean of the School of Engineering Technology at Farmingdale State College on August 20.
Susan Fournier,a marketing and management professor and senior associate dean for faculty and research at the Questrom School of Business at Boston University, will become the first female dean of the school on August 27.
Christopher Hanning, interim dean of the School of Music at West Chester University of Pennsylvania, has been named to the position permanently.
Jason Lester,dean of the School of Fine Arts at Houston Baptist University, became dean of the School of Music and Fine Arts at Palm Beach Atlantic University on July 16.

Catherine M. Wehlburg,associate provost for institutional effectiveness at Texas Christian University, has been named founding dean of the School of Sciences, Mathematics, and Education at Marymount University.

Resignations
John D. Graham,dean of the School of Public and Environmental Affairs at Indiana University at Bloomington, plans to step down and return to the faculty in the summer of 2019.
Moshe Porat,dean of the Fox School of Business at Temple University, was asked to step down after a university investigation found that the school had provided falsified data to achieve higher rankings.
