U.S. Colleges With the Highest Percentages of Nonresident-Alien Students, Fall 2012

Almost all of the colleges with more than 45-percent enrollment of nonresident aliens are small institutions with fewer than 500 students. Four seminaries and three business schools are among the 10 institutions with the largest shares of nonresident-alien students.

U.S. Colleges With the Highest Percentages of Nonresident-Alien Students, Fall 2012

Almost all of the colleges with more than 45-percent enrollment of nonresident aliens are small institutions with fewer than 500 students. Four seminaries and three business schools are among the 10 institutions with the largest shares of nonresident-alien students.

A nonresident alien is a person who is not a citizen or national of the United States and who is in this country on a visa or temporary basis and does not have the right to remain indefinitely. Seattle Central Community College is listed among four-year public institutions because it offers some bachelor’s degrees in addition to associate degrees.
