Rebecca Zwick is a professor emerita at the Gevirtz Graduate School of Education at the University of California at Santa Barbara and was formerly a researcher at ETS. She is the author of Who Gets In? Strategies for Fair and Effective College Admissions (Harvard University Press, 2017).
