Concordia University Saint Paul announced last week that it would slash the sticker price of its tuition and fees by 33 percent.
Many of the Minnesota university’s traditional undergraduates, however, are paying less than the listed $29,700 this year, and when the price drops, so will institutional aid. Still, university officials said they expected every new and returning student to benefit from the price change. And they’ve made a push to let students know how the change will affect each of them personally.
