Dennis J. Bona, president of Kellogg Community College, in Battle Creek, Mich., on Thursday was placed on paid leave pending the results of an outside inquiry into what was described as his “interactions with college personnel,” the Battle Creek Enquirer reported.
The specifics of the investigation are unclear, but a statement that the college attributed to the chairman of its Board of Trustees described Mr. Bona’s leave as “non-disciplinary” in nature.
Mr. Bona said he expected to return to work, but he told the newspaper he had been advised not to comment on the inquiry.
