A small, private college is set to join a sliver of American higher-education institutions that give all of their students jobs and, in exchange, reduce their tuition, The Texas Tribune reports. Paul Quinn College, a historically black college in Dallas, will give each of its roughly 300 students jobs at the institution or with local businesses.
