The public institution, which offers many of its classes online and has a large population of GI Bill recipients, said on Friday that it would lay off 70 workers in the wake of falling enrollments and a $25-million loss of revenue. None of the affected employees are faculty members, and 10 of them are contract workers whose deals will not be renewed. The cuts are expected to affect employees across departments.
