Colleges have long been perfecting the campus experience, creating a unique environment for students and staff that is inviting, purposeful, and satisfying. But with the Covid-19 pandemic, much of that experience has changed.
In today’s climate, colleges have been forced to operate remotely. What does that mean for senior administrators and key offices, such as human resources, going forward? Can institutional silos now be broken down or efficiencies discovered during the crisis that will benefit institutions later on?
