The Student-Success Journey: Helping Students Overcome Loneliness
Every college cheers its students, wishing them a successful journey from start to finish. While many colleges make efforts to improve student success, such as offering advising services or fun extracurriculars, there’s one area that’s often overlooked:
Loneliness.
According to a sample survey conducted by the American College Health Association, 53 percent of students suffer from loneliness.
