Q. What happened to my account when Chronicle Community closed?
A. Basic account information including name and email has been carried over to chronicle.com and can be edited by signing into your account on chronicle.com.
Q. What if I don't know if I had a Chronicle Community account or don't know my credentials?
A. You likely do not have an account. You can create one for free to access our site by visiting chronicle.com. If you do have an account, but don't know the password, select "Forgot Password" and we'll send you an email to reset your credentials.
Q. What happened to my Chronicle Community Profile?
A. All profiles and personal data are being deleted with the closing of Chronicle Community.
Q. Where do I go for Advice, Salary Data, and Jobs?

Q. Will I still receive the "Your Career" newsletter?
A. Yes, this change did not affect your subscriptions to any newsletters.
Q. What happened to all of the data in Chronicle Community?
A. All personal data housed in Chronicle Community are being deleted and purged from The Chronicle's databases. Any documents are also being deleted.
Q. Do I have to put in a request to have my data purged and deleted on Chronicle Community?
A. No action is needed. All data are being purged and deleted from Chronicle Community.
