Connecting International Recruitment and Student Success

After dipping during the pandemic, international-student enrollment saw its most considerable single-year growth in more than four decades and hit an all-time high at the graduate level.

The focus on enrollment has clearly paid off, but how do international students fare once they’re enrolled? How can institutions help them graduate and find the same career success as their American peers?

Join us on Wednesday, December 11 at 2 p.m. ET for a Virtual Forum on the broader picture of international students on campus. Experts will discuss the latest figures from the annual Open Doors report, exploring enrollment and whether international students are getting what they want from their experience.

With Support From World Education Services.

Host: Karin Fischer, senior writer, The Chronicle of Higher Education

Panelists:
Barbara Kappler, Assistant Provost for International Student & Scholar Services, University of Minnesota
Ling Gao LeBa, Director of International Student Success, Syracuse University
Janet Rutledge, Dean in Residence, Council of Graduate Schools
