This groundbreaking virtual leadership series will provide critical context, creative strategies, and guided exercises for women in leadership roles across academe. Mid-level leaders are invited to join the “Breaking through Barriers” program to understand the challenges they may face in their role, develop strategies for conflict navigation, and refine their leadership style. The executive-level “Driving Transformation” program will hone in on the high-level challenges of women at the helm, leading stakeholders through complex change, and strategic planning for the road ahead. Leaders from both groups and individual registrants will come together for the “Bridging the Gap” Summit to apply their individual contexts more broadly to the systemic challenges women face in higher ed, and to create a path toward intersectional transformation.
