Correction (October 1, 2018, 6:05 p.m.): The original version of this table said the data covered “newly hired” full-time instructional staff members at four-year institutions. It actually covers all full-time instructional staff members at four-year institutions in the fall of 2016, not just the newly hired. The description has been corrected.
