Working Together to Improve the Institution

052224_ChroniclePage.png

What do administrators want from their faculty, and what do faculty members want from administrators? Answering these questions is key not only to better collaboration but also to the future survival of many institutions.

New data from a survey conducted by Huron Consulting and the American Council on Education show that better collaboration amoung stakeholders is critical for institutions that want to succeed during these times of increasing financial pressure and decreasing enrollment.

Watch an on demand recording of The Chronicle from Thursday, May 23, at 2 p.m. ET for a virtual forum which featured a panel of experts who will discussed the state of shared governance and how stakeholders can work together to succeed.

With Support From Huron.

Host: Goldie Blumenstyk, senior writer, The Chronicle of Higher Education
